Cancellation Policy

No cash refund for cancellation. The client will be issued a credit for a future emergency pet transportation trip. There will be an extra charge for animals over 60 pounds that need to be carried. Any distance over 1 flight of stairs will be assessed an extra charge, per driver discretion. All animals must have on a muzzle unless they are wearing an oxygen mask. All transported animals must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
